Faster Tally Reporting. No Complex Keys Required!
Every invoice in Tally, accounted for.
When invoices go from TallyPrime to an e-invoicing provider or to ZATCA, someone will eventually ask: did every invoice get there, and do the totals match? Your auditor, your group finance team or the tax authority may ask it. This page explains what you can show them.
Invoices in Tally = invoices sent = invoices accepted.
For any period, the reconciliation report shows three numbers side by side, by date. When the numbers differ, every gap is listed with its reason, for example an invoice held because the buyer's VAT number is missing. The target is an unexplained gap of zero.
Each invoice is checked before it leaves:
buyer VAT number (TRN in the UAE)
VAT category and rate
invoice totals against Tally
An invoice that fails a check is held, with its reason, and is not sent. A blank is never treated as a zero.
The finance team exports the reconciliation report and gives it to the auditor.
The data stays in a database on your own premises.
Your team keeps working in Tally as before.
Test documents from TallyPrime have passed ZATCA's developer sandbox compliance checks: simplified invoices reported, and standard invoices, exports and credit notes cleared.
Businesses on TallyPrime that need to show that what was posted matches their books: companies with statutory audits, subsidiaries reporting to a group, and advisers who answer for their clients' filings.
TurboData provides Tally data and integration. It does not provide tax or legal advice. Please confirm current requirements with your e-invoicing provider or tax adviser.
